'Don't be Evil.'

–noun Trademark .
1. brand name of a leading internet search engine, founded in 1998.
–verb (used without object)
2.  to use a search engine like Google to find information, a web site address, etc., on the Internet.
–verb (used with object),

I find it extremely ironic, that I was searching information about google... on google.
I realized that I am entirely dependent on google, I search  for images, videos, history, and sometimes, even people. But, what I find most troubling is the information that google possesses. We are unable to control the images on google, our pictures that we willingly shared with sites (example: facebook) can be sometimes found within the images of google without our consent or sometimes knowledge.
Google is so focused on becoming the biggest search engine that they have forgotten the very mo to they follow, 'don't be evil.' Though they may not realize it, they are becoming a large reason of the privacy problem that we possesses.
Google Image, Google Lab, Google Scribe, you could go on and on with the application's that google has created. It amazes me the usefulness and simplicity that these things have created. Google body has become a large, useful applications in hospitals. Nurses are now able to show patients a body and explain it, just by using a cellular device or Ipod touch. It's as easy as accessing the web, and a click. Things are becoming so simple and quick, and they keep creating. Idea's never stop.
Google is the very core of the web, without it, finding and processing information would be a whole lot more difficult then it is today. Information is just a click away; but are we fully understanding the amount of information we are sharing with the web? And is google swaying from there mo to, becoming the very thing that they say they aren't?
